About our service - We accept photos in the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .gif, .psd, .eps and .ai. We offer hand-crafted customization, not an automated service. Each photo is evaluated, cropped, sized and printed by a graphic artist using state-of-the-art imaging programs. Our production team selects font placement and coloring, text design and coil coordination to create a gift that is uniquely yours. We match our selections as much as possible to your wedding color scheme. The larger the picture you send us, the better will be the final quality. Images from camera phones will generally not work.
Very Important - We will not duplicate copyrighted images. Do not send pictures from magazines or other published works. We cannot accept photos from professional photographers or graphic artists who have sold you copyrighted portraits or other images to which you do not own the rights to reproduce. We reserve the right to reject images that we consider in poor taste or offensive.
Shipping - Your order will take from 5 to 7 business days to complete. We ship via UPS. Your order may take up to 6 additional work days to reach you depending on where the order is shipped. If you need faster shipping, order that service when you check out. The charge for Next Day, Second D or Three Day UPS charges will be added to your order.
